At Aumvirva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided
- A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photographs of the item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Intimate wear or items excluded for hygiene reasons
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at mpaladiya@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
- Items must be shipped back within 3 days of return approval
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
